Last week was a busy one for GIS College!

Graeme Browning, a true ArcGIS expert and one of our most popular trainers, delivered an ArcGIS Quickstart for Desktop course to several students at Unitywater here in Queensland. This customised course combined aspects of our Data Access and Data Editing courses with some additional topics. Students learnt all about ArcGIS navigation, data editing, labeling, map layouts and data driven pages.

Greg Patterson, our SAFE-certified FME instructor, jetted off to Geelong to deliver a two-day FME Basic course to a number of students from the Council. This Introduction to FME course introduces new users to the core functions of the FME suite, and its practical and time saving uses in day-to-day operations.

Many thanks to our trainers and all the students!
